Job summary

Amazon Web Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a Delivery Consultant to lead end-to-end migration engagements from discovery through post-migration validation for on-premises VM and physical workloads to AWS, designing scalable, secure solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define migration strategies, drive modernization, and mentor teams while leveraging AWS tools and AI-powered acceleration to ensure timely delivery and manage risks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer-facing, complex and large-scale project management experience.
• End-to-end migration delivery — L, d, wave planning through execution and post‑migration validation for on-premises VM and physical server workloads to AWS.
• Solution design & architecture — designs scalable, secure AWS solutions including Landing Zone architecture and modernization strategies.
• Tooling & AI-powered acceleration — uses AWS migration tools and agentic AI tools across lifecycle for faster delivery.
• Stakeholder advisory & business alignment — defines migration strategies, aligns solutions with business outcomes, and shares migration best practices.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end migration engagements from discovery to post-migration validation for on-premises workloads to AWS.
• Designs scalable, secure AWS solutions including Landing Zone, multi-account setup, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, VPN, and security controls.
• Drives modernization strategies (re-platform, re-architect, containerization) using migration tools and AI-assisted methods.
• Utilizes AI tools across the lifecycle for automated code analysis, IaC generation, testing, and documentation.
• Mentors junior staff, captures reusable artifacts, and identifies follow-on sales opportunities.
