• Execute approved routing and skill changes aligned to staffing models and policies.
• Ensure routing supports forecasted demand and service level targets without changing call flows.
• Collaborate with WFM and Operations to translate forecasts into routing configurations.
• Participate in audits and governance for skills, routing accuracy, and controls.
