Job summary

Sun Life Financial in Taguig is seeking a Senior Cloud DevOps professional to design, deploy, and operate scalable AWS infrastructure for enterprise applications. You will lead automation efforts, enforce governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and cost efficiency.

The role requires strong hands-on AWS experience, IaC proficiency, and a continuous learning mindset to adapt to evolving cloud practices.

Qualifications

8–11 years of total IT experience.
Experience designing scalable, secure cloud architectures.
Hands-on AWS proficiency (EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, load balancing).
Experience with cloud governance, cost management, and security controls.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure for enterprise apps.
Administer AWS infra and deployments of EC2, Kubernetes clusters, and databases.
Develop and maintain configurations for compute, storage, networking, IAM, and monitoring.
Monitor resources for availability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.
Troubleshoot cloud infra, networking, deployments, and service availability.
Collaborate with application, security, operations, and vendors to deliver compliant cloud solutions.
Contribute to automation, governance, and continual improvement of cloud operations.
