Job description

Responsibilities

• Execute operational activities on the respective infrastructure needed to optimize the service provided by the company
• Apply technical knowledge to solve incidents and problems and fulfill service requests
• Analyze platform warnings, checking platform performance and executing Operations activities to solve events
• Create virtual servers in AWS and installing the OS on these servers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields
• Skilled in:
  • TCP/IP Networking
  • Linux system administration
  • MySQL
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services operations is preferred, in particular ELB, S3, RDS, AMI, SNS, SQS, R53 and SWF (training and certification in AWS will be provided as part of the job)
• With a passion for technology
• Effective communications skills in English
• An understanding of what it takes to deliver a great service to a demanding customer
• Ability to deal with a complicated technical landscape within a multi-cultural environment spread in various international locations
• Full time commitment to the project
• An obsession for technical detail and eagerness to troubleshoot and create a solution from scratch to a new problems
• Preferably with basic video background
• Familiar with tools such as Jenkins, AWS Console, Jira, and GitHub
