ACTS-Aviation Security, Inc. is hiring an Operational Lead Security Agent for the BOS airport in Boston, Massachusetts. This role supports Security Agents, schedules coverage, and liaises with airlines, FAA, and other authorities to ensure policy adherence.

The position requires a high school diploma, at least two years of supervisory experience, and fluency in English, with pre-employment screenings and background checks as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and assign Security Agents to ensure coverage.
• Liaise with Local Airline Customers, Host Catering units, and FAA or other Government Authorities.
• Maintain security related records as required by authorities.
• Report daily, weekly, monthly activities to management.
• Recruit, hire and retain high-quality security agents.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
