Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Cebu City is hiring an HVAC Technician to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems. You will perform proactive testing and scheduled maintenance on facilities, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards.

The role is part of Global Workplace Solutions. Candidates should have 2–3 years facilities management experience, NCII certificate, and be available for a 6-day rotating schedule including weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate with 2–3 years in Facilities Management.
• NCII Certificate required.
• Able to work a shifting schedule, 6 days a week including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, adjust and maintain HVAC control systems and equipment.
• Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best course of action.
