Job summary

MFI Polytechnic Institute invites applications for an Automotive Trainer/Instructor to deliver hands-on training in automotive servicing, diagnostics, and repair at our Ortigas campus in Pasig City. This full-time, on-site role focuses on practical skills and safety, with a structured onboarding program.

You will teach engine, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and use scanners and meters; mentor apprentices; and help run enrollment events.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in automotive servicing, diagnostics, or repair.
• Clear communication and ability to explain procedures confidently.
• Knowledge of workshop safety practices.
• Willingness to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Teach basic to advanced automotive servicing: engine, brakes, suspension, steering, drivetrain, electrical.
• Demonstrate diagnostic procedures using scanners, multimeters, testers, and service manuals.
• Guide students in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Prepare and deliver workshop-based lessons and practical activities.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and training vehicles in proper condition.
• Uphold workshop safety, proper PPE use, and tool discipline.

Key Responsibilities
