Job summary

TireSmart is seeking a Service Coordinator for its Tagum City branch to oversee daily service operations, coordinate customer requests, schedules, technicians, and parts, and ensure service procedures meet customer requirements. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, strong communication, documentation skills, and the ability to monitor multiple service jobs on site.

Qualifications

• TESDA graduate/certified in Automotive Servicing or related automotive course is highly preferred.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of automotive servicing, tires, wheel alignment, wheel balancing, tire repair, and general vehicle maintenance.
• Good customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and assist customers with vehicle and tire service inquiries.
• Coordinate and schedule services such as tire installation, tire repair, wheel balancing, wheel alignment, rotation, and other related services.
• Prepare and monitor Job Orders and service transactions.
• Coordinate with technicians regarding the required work and customer concerns.
• Monitor the progress of service jobs and ensure that work is completed according to the Job Order.
• Conduct basic verification of completed services before endorsing the vehicle for release.
• Coordinate with Parts/Inventory regarding required tires, parts, tools, and materials.
• Communicate service status and estimated completion times to customers.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate with technicians or Management when technical issues arise.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
