Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive industry practices, sales processes, and CRM systems.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Manage and supervise the sales team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management.
• Oversee customer acquisition, lead management, and conversion processes to optimise sales effectiveness.
