Mitsubishi Bacoor Motor Corporation is seeking confident, driven Sales Consultants for a full-time, performance-based role in Bacoor, Cavite. Earn ₱400/day for the first 2 months, then commissions and monthly incentives based on sales performance.

Build relationships, generate leads, and close vehicle sales through showroom, mall, online, and field activities. Ideal candidates are target-driven, possess strong communication skills, and can prospect actively to meet monthly quotas.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles with a track record of meeting targets.
• Ability to generate leads, follow up diligently, and close deals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable in a performance-based, commission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote Mitsubishi vehicles through showroom, mall, online, and field activities.
• Generate sales opportunities via prospecting, social media, referrals, networking, and leads.
• Respond to inquiries and maintain consistent follow-up with prospects.
• Present models, features, pricing, financing options, and programs.
• Conduct product presentations and assist customers through the purchasing process.
• Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
• Handle objections, negotiate, and work toward closing vehicle sales.
• Build long-term customer relationships that yield referrals and repeat business.
• Assist with financing requirements and vehicle documentation.
