Job Title: Utility Mechanic

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Utility Mechanic to maintain and repair the utility systems and equipment within our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment runs efficiently and safely. The Utility Mechanic will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Education and Experience

• Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Technical certification or an associate degree in mechanical, industrial maintenance, or a related field (preferred)

• Experience: Proven experience as a Utility Mechanic or in a similar maintenance role
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems
• Familiarity with building maintenance and utility equipment is highly preferred

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
