Job summary

Inchcape Philippines is seeking a Warehouseman / Partsman to support our aftersales operations in the Philippines. You will help ensure the right parts are available when technicians need them.

You will receive, store, and issue parts, maintain inventory records, and coordinate with Service and Purchasing teams to ensure timely availability, accuracy, and safety in the warehouse. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (vocational training preferred), 1–2 years in warehouse or parts

Qualifications

• High School graduate; vocational training advantageous.
• 1–2 years in warehouse, inventory, or parts handling.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and warehouse procedures.
• Physically fit; able to lift and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts against documents.
• Store, label, and organize parts per layout and safety standards.
• Issue parts to Service Technicians, Advisors, and other staff.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist in audits.
• Coordinate with Service and Purchasing to ensure timely availability of parts.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
