Job summary

We are seeking an Operations Manager for a growing automotive services company in Makati, Philippines. You will oversee multiple company-owned stores, drive revenue and profitability, and ensure excellent customer service.

You will develop store teams, prepare operations for new openings, and implement scalable processes to support ongoing expansion. This onsite role requires travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations management.
• Proven experience managing multiple stores, branches, or service centers.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all company-owned stores.
• Drive revenue, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor store performance, sales targets, operating expenses, and KPIs.
• Implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards across locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop store managers and frontline teams.
• Identify operational issues and implement improvements to increase productivity and profitability.
• Monitor customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of escalated concerns.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Marketing, and other departments to support store operations.
• Ensure proper staffing, resource allocation, and operational readiness across all stores.
• Support new store openings, including operational setup, staffing, and implementation of company standards.
• Develop scalable processes and systems to support the company's continued expansion.
• Prepare regular reports on store performance, operational concerns, and improvement initiatives.
