Qualifications

Job Description

• Performing preventive maintenance, basic repairs, inspections, and diagnostic testing for all Solaire-owned vehicles to ensure operational reliability, safety compliance, and cost-efficiency.
  
• Supports fleet availability by coordinating scheduled maintenance, validating external repair quotations, inspecting completed vendor work, and responding to emergency repair situations both and off property.
  
• Ensure all maintenance activities are documented and properly recorded.
  
• Inspect and verify workmanship of completed repairs performed by external vendors before vehicle release.
  
• Conduct emergency repairs on-site or off-property for Solaire-owned vehicles that are immobilized due to mechanical issues.
  
• Identify mechanical issues early to prevent escalation and major breakdown
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in automotive maintenance and repair.
  
• Experience handling fleet vehicles is an advantage
  
• Familiarity with hybrid vehicles is an advantage
  
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures
  
• Ability to perform vehicle inspections and basic diagnostic testing.
