Accurately diagnose vehicle malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques, and perform comprehensive repairs on various vehicle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, etc.).
Preventive Maintenance and Service:
Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and inspections, to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety.
Customer and Documentation:
Provide clear and concise explanations of vehicle issues and repair options to customers, and maintain accurate records of all services performed.
Technical Proficiency and Experience:
Demonstrated experience in automotive repair and maintenance, with a strong understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures.
Proficiency in using a wide range of hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
Certifications and Education:
ASE certifications (or equivalent) are highly preferred.
A valid driver's license is typically required.
Formal automotive training from a trade school or college is highly valued.
Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking:
