Job summary

Pasajero Motors Corporation seeks a Finance Manager to lead financial operations and strengthen business performance in the automotive sector. You will oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for parts, service, and vehicle sales.

The role requires CPA preference, proven leadership, and solid knowledge of financial controls and compliance. You will manage cash flow, taxes, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• Proven experience as Finance Manager, ideally in automotive or dealership.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, controls, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for automotive sales, dealership ops, and service revenue.
• Manage accounting, cash flow, and cost controls across parts, service, and vehicle sales.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and provide insights to guide decisions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and industry-specific standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team.
