The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s or master’s in mechanical engineering, demonstrates CAD proficiency (UGNX/CATIA/Creo), strong problem-solving, and teamwork to drive innovation and reliable vehicle performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in automotive engineering with specialization in BIW, interiors/exteriors trims, chassis design, powertrain, or driveline.
• Proficiency in CAD software (UGNX, CATIA, Creo).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with automotive safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Body in White structures for safety and performance.
• Design interior and exterior trim components for aesthetics and usability.
• Develop chassis components and systems for handling and ride quality.
• Design and optimize powertrain and driveline integration with the powertrain team.
