The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance, with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include invoicing, managing accounts payable and receivable, and general accounting tasks. The position demands strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Excel. This is a full-time on-site role, with a working pattern of six days a week.

• 1-3 years of experience in an Accounting Assistant role.
• Excellent in data entry and record-keeping.
• Proficient in handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting tasks.

• Prepares Sales Invoice for Units & Parts Sales.
• Receives and checks Unit Request for Release & Gross Profit Analysis.
• Monitors Aging Receivables and follows up on payments.
• Handles general accounting tasks and prepares various reports.
