Job summary

Pacific Prime Global Management Services seeks a QA Analyst to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using JavaScript-based tools such as Cypress or Playwright.

You will execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across web and application environments, collaborating with developers, product managers, and business analysts to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• Strong JavaScript proficiency with experience in testing frameworks.
• Solid QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with UI, API, and regression testing.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
• Version control experience (Git/GitHub).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI).
• SQL knowledge for data validation.
• 2–4 years in a QA Analyst or Software Testing role.
• Experience writing and executing test cases and plans.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using JavaScript-based tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, or Jest)
• Execute and manage functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across web and application environments
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to define test requirements and acceptance criteria
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, and automation strategies
• Produce clear and comprehensive test reports, test plans, and quality metrics for stakeholders
• Conduct API testing and validate backend data integrity
• Support CI/CD pipeline integration for automated test execution
