Role Overview:
The RPA Engineer plays a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions
that enhance operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives. This position is responsible
for building scalable and reliable RPA solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and
processes. In addition to technical delivery, the RPA Engineer provides mentorship to junior engineers and
contributes to shaping the organization’s automation strategy, supporting long-term innovation and process
excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architect: Design and implement advanced RPA solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability, continuously advancing the organization’s automation capabilities.
- Automation Engineer: Develop, optimize, and deploy complex automation scripts with precision, ensuring seamless performance and integration across diverse systems and platforms.
- Technology Strategist: Lead the assessment of emerging technologies, providing strategic recommendations for adoption and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Team Mentor: Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing to Engineers through mentoring and technical sessions, while contributing to the planning and execution of the automation roadmap.
- Issue Resolution Expert: Analyze and resolve complex automation challenges, applying deep technical expertise to ensure stability, resilience, and long-term sustainability of automated processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven 2-3 years experience in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions using leading platforms such as UiPath, IBM RPA, Laiye RPA, and/or Selenium.
- Strong proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or VB.NET) with the ability to write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Solid understanding of process analysis, workflow design, and business process re-engineering methodologies.
- Strong background in automating the mainframe using terminal emulator of UiPath.
- With Data Engineering Experience and has a strong knowledge in Power Automate.
- Working knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and system integration practices.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate, recommend, and integrate emerging technologies to support organizational automation strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior engineers and contributing to team knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies, with a commitment to iterative development and continuous improvement.
