Job summary

You will coordinate with global test engineers, equipment manufacturers, and internal customers to define needs and deliver robust test automation solutions. You should have hands-on experience with CAD (SolidWorks), GD&T, and manufacturing techniques, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive cross-functional

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical Engineering or similar degree.
• Interpret technical drawings including GD&T.
• Familiar with manufacturing and fabrication techniques.
• Strong CAD skills, preferably SolidWorks, plus MS Office.
• Strong communication and problem solving.
• Hands-on semiconductor test manufacturing or workshop experience.
• Experience with AI tools like Claude is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate new project needs with internal customers.
• Develop automation solutions for semiconductor test, including handlers and docking.
• Self-directed management of project work.
• Troubleshoot quality/yield issues in device handling and end-of-line inspection.
