Job summary

Arcadis in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines is seeking a Software Support Specialist II Automation Engineer to develop automation and AI agents, support engineering applications, and deliver reliable technical solutions across global teams.

You will build automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, Power Platform and REST APIs, integrate platforms with ServiceNow/Jira, and help drive cloud adoption and platform modernization.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience in application engineering, automation engineering, platform operations or DevOps.
Strong scripting and automation experience with PowerShell and Python, including building reusable scripts.
Experience with Power Platform, REST APIs, Azure services and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

Build automation scripts, workflows and tools using PowerShell, Python, Power Platform, REST APIs and Azure services to improve Engineering Applications operations.
Automate repetitive support, onboarding, deployment, monitoring, reporting and governance activities to reduce manual workload and improve service consistency.
Develop AI-enabled solutions, including Copilot-assisted workflows and data lookups to optimize processes.
Troubleshoot and improve core Engineering Applications platforms, integrations and cloud services across global teams.
Define and track automation KPIs and contribute to platform modernization and cloud adoption.
