• Strong proficiency in GitHub, Ansible, PowerShell, Terraform, and Jenkins.
• Experience with event management solutions including ServiceNow ITOM, AIOps, and observability platforms.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and modern observability tools.
• Solid understanding of IT operations, system administration, and observability principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automation solutions for system monitoring, alerting, and reporting, including agent deployment, synthetic transaction monitoring, and incident remediation.
• Manage source code using GitHub (or similar tools), ensuring best practices in version control, branching, and collaboration.
• Develop automation scripts using Ansible, PowerShell, Terraform, and Python for advanced automation and data analysis tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Document automation processes and provide support for IT operations and development teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts and systems.
