Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Expert IC Digital Enablement to advance digital maturity and automate manual IC processes. The role interfaces with the Automation team to translate business requirements into automation designs and to enhance automation within Workiva.

Responsibilities include building connectors between Workiva and SAP S4HANA/Workday/Anaplan, prioritizing automation backlogs, and documenting current and target-state processes to support development and testing.

Responsibilities

Identify manual workarounds and manually-intensive processes across Global IC pillars and assess their automation potential.
Act as the interface between Global IC and the Automation team, translating business requirements into specifications to support automation development.
Support automation enhancements within the Workiva platform, identifying opportunities to streamline IC processes and controls in Workiva.
Design, build and maintain connectors between Workiva and other enterprise systems (e.g. SAP S4HANA, Workday, Anaplan).
Maintain and prioritize a backlog of automation opportunities with GST leadership; track benefits realized and efficiency gains.
Document current-state manual processes, target-state automated workflows, and business requirements.
Bundle expertise on SAP reports (e.g. T-Codes) relevant to IC and automation initiatives; support alignment with Global Process Owners.
Partner with IT, OpEx and other Global IC pillars to validate automation solutions prior to deployment and support user acceptance testing.
Support regular IC Operations activities (e.g. GRC/Workiva tool maintenance, lifecycle activities, reporting) where needed.
