Job summary

Qualifications
- Technical education in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Automation or related field.
- At least 1 year of industrial or manufacturing experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and automation skills.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Knowledge of PLCs, industrial controls, and OT/ICS environments is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and automation systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic equipment issues.
- Support equipment modifications and automation projects.
- Ensure compliance with OT/ICS and cybersecurity requirements.
- Participate in advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards.
- Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
- Coach team members on technical and automation-related practices.
