• Creates technical drawings based on architectural and structural plans.
• Coordinates closely with Project Engineers and Sales Executive for discussion and clarification of client requirements.
• Conducts periodic visits to sites to ensure adherence to design and specifications.
• Finalizes as-built plan prior to project turn-over.
• Reviews drawings for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintains all revisions of project drawings.
• Updates and maintains drafting log.
• Performs other duties assigned from time to time.
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Drafting, Architecture, or equivalent degree.
• At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
• Possesses confidence and momentum to finish drawing work quickly and proficiently.
