Job summary

Cresta De Oro is seeking an AutoCAD Operator to produce precise 2D drawings and plans across architectural, structural, civil, and mechanical disciplines. You will convert sketches into CAD drawings and ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.

The role requires 1–2 years in drafting, strong AutoCAD skills, and the ability to collaborate with engineers, architects, and site personnel to reflect actual conditions and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Drafting Technology, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as AutoCAD Operator/Draftsman, preferably in construction or engineering.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with standard drafting procedures.
• Knowledge of technical drawings, dimensions, scales, and construction plans.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and specifications.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and plans using AutoCAD based on specifications, sketches, and project requirements.
• Create and revise architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, or construction drawings as required.
• Convert sketches, measurements, and engineering designs into accurate CAD drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and company requirements.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, dimensions, and proper annotations.
• Make revisions and updates based on comments from engineers, architects, and project supervisors.
• Maintain and organize CAD files, drawings, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors, and site personnel to ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and other project documentation.
