Job summary

TOA Global Pty is seeking an Intermediate Tax Accountant to join our Philippines team. You will apply deep Australian tax knowledge to prepare returns, manage complex compliance, and optimize client portfolios across a global network.

Proficiency in Xero and MS Office is required, with a focus on accuracy and timely lodgments. You will collaborate with Eagle group members, drive process improvements, and maintain high professional standards in a day-shift role from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience in Australian tax accounting.
• CPA/CA or tax qualifications are essential.
• Strong knowledge of Australian tax standards and software tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage financial statements, working papers, and annual tax returns with Australian tax expertise.
• Resolve complex tax matters including bucket company obligations, UPE management, and international tax dealings.
• Lead the lodgment program and manage multiple client portfolios with accuracy.
• Utilize Xero/Xero Practice Manager, OneDrive, Outlook, and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external accountants via Teams.
