Job summary

MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City is seeking an experienced Australian Paraplanner to support Australian Financial Advisers by preparing ROAs and SOAs and conducting financial strategy research. You will ensure accuracy and compliance across a range of advisory documents and collaborate with advisers to refine strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing compliant ROAs and SOAs for Australian clients.
• Strong understanding of the Australian financial planning process and regulatory requirements.
• Experience drafting advice for investment, superannuation, and insurance strategies.
• Knowledge of Australian superannuation, investments, and retirement planning concepts.
• Experience researching financial products and strategies to support adviser recommendations.
• Exceptional attention to detail to produce accurate, compliant documents.
• Excellent written English and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple advice files while meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience using Xplan/AdviserLogic/Midwinter or similar software is highly regarded.
• Exposure to SMSFs, retirement strategies, and compliance reviews is an advantage.
• Open to onsite or hybrid work for the right candidates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ROAs and SOAs and supporting documentation compliant with regulations.
• Draft advice relating to investment and superannuation strategies and rollover transactions.
• Conduct research on financial products and regulatory changes to inform adviser recommendations.
• Review client information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisers to clarify strategies and requirements.
• Maintain organized client records within financial planning systems.
• Ensure all documents meet internal quality standards before submission.
• Manage multiple files with agreed turnaround times and service levels.
• Apply feedback to continuously improve technical knowledge and advice quality.
• Contribute to process improvements and support a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Australian Paraplanner to support Australian Financial Advisers by preparing high quality, compliant advice documents and conducting financial strategy research. Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)

• Experience preparing compliant Records of Advice (ROAs) and Statements of Advice (SOAs)
• Strong understanding of the Australian financial planning advice process and regulatory requirements
• Experience preparing advice for investment and superannuation portfolio rebalancing, superannuation and investment contributions, investment portfolio establishment, superannuation rollovers, and Life, TPD, and Trauma Insurance strategies
• Knowledge of Australian superannuation, investments, personal insurance, and retirement planning concepts
• Experience conducting financial product and strategy research to support adviser recommendations
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, compliant advice documentation
• Excellent written English communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple advice files while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Experience using Xplan, AdviserLogic, Midwinter, or similar Australian financial planning software is highly regarded
• Exposure to implementation support, SMSFs, retirement strategies, investment modelling, or compliance reviews is an advantage
• Open to working onsite or hybrid for right candidates.
