Job summary

Offshore Talent is seeking an experienced Australian Mortgage Loan Processor to support Australian mortgage brokers by managing end-to-end loan applications from submission to settlement and ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

You will liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors and accountants, handling document collection, credit checks, valuations and lodgement through ApplyOnline, while maintaining accurate CRM records and a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Australian mortgage processing experience with end-to-end loan management.
• Experience handling complex lending scenarios and loan servicing.
• Experience managing applications through settlement.
• Knowledge of Australian mortgage compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Australian mortgage CRMs (e.g. Salestrekker, ApplyOnline).

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to mortgage brokers.
• Liaise with clients to collect information and documentation for loan applications.
• Process mortgage applications from submission through settlement.
• Verify supporting documents and check credit files.
• Lodge applications through ApplyOnline and manage CRM records.
• Assist with compliance documentation management and audits.
