MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City, is seeking an Australian Financial Planning Associate to support Australian advisers with compliant ROAs/SOAs and research. This hybrid, day-shift role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory knowledge, and clear written communication.

You will manage multiple files, work with Xplan, AdviserLogic, or Midwinter, and contribute to quality assurance while delivering timely, high-quality advice documents.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing compliant ROAs and SOAs.
• Strong understanding of Australian planning process and regulatory requirements.
• Experience preparing advice for investments, superannuation, insurance strategies.
• Excellent written English and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare compliant ROAs, SOAs, and supporting advice documentation.
• Draft advice relating to investment and superannuation strategies and contributions.
• Conduct product, legislative, and strategy research to support adviser recommendations.
• Review client information to ensure accuracy and compliance of advice documents.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisers to clarify strategies and requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records in planning systems.
• Ensure documents meet internal quality standards and Australian regulatory requirements.
• Manage multiple advice files within turnaround times and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Australian Financial Planning Associate to support Australian Financial Advisers by preparing high quality, compliant advice documents and conducting financial strategy research. This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, welcomes feedback, and is committed to delivering professional work across a range of financial planning strategies.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)

• Experience preparing compliant Records of Advice (ROAs) and Statements of Advice (SOAs)
• Strong understanding of the Australian financial planning advice process and regulatory requirements
• Experience preparing advice for investment and superannuation portfolio rebalancing, superannuation and investment contributions, investment portfolio establishment, superannuation rollovers, and Life, TPD, and Trauma Insurance strategies
• Knowledge of Australian superannuation, investments, personal insurance, and retirement planning concepts
• Experience conducting financial product and strategy research to support adviser recommendations
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, compliant advice documentation
• Excellent written English communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple advice files while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Experience using Xplan, AdviserLogic, Midwinter, or similar Australian financial planning software is highly regarded
• Exposure to implementation support, SMSFs, retirement strategies, investment modelling, or compliance reviews is an advantage
• Open to working onsite or hybrid for right candidates.

• Collaborate with Financial Advisers to clarify strategies and advice requirements
• Maintain accurate client records and supporting documentation within financial planning systems
• Ensure advice documents meet internal quality standards and Australian regulatory requirements before submission
• Manage multiple advice files while meeting agreed turnaround times and service standards
• Apply feedback to continuously improve technical knowledge and advice quality
• Contribute to process improvements and support a collaborative team environment
