St. Peter Life Plan, Inc. is seeking an Auditor to perform audit activities ensuring risk-management compliance across business processes.
The role involves evaluating controls, interviewing field personnel, and documenting findings and recommendations. Responsibilities include evaluating system-generated reports, conducting physical audits, preparing reports with data analysis, encoding audit findings for records, and following up on unresolved issues to ensure corrective actions are completed.
Auditors are tasked to perform audit activities to ensure that all the business processes in a company are risk-management compliant. The operating process includes assessing certain areas for compliance with relevant laws and evaluating how effective this Department has been at implementing its controls into practices.
Responsibilities:
Evaluation of system-generated reports and observation based on interview/coordination with the field personnel/officers which shall be basis for initial audit findings.
Conducts physical audit of all businesses
Report preparation based on facts and data gathered and validated from table audit procedure and physical audit engagement. Audit preparation also includes processes such as data analysis, establishing relevant background, coordination with the field personnel and officers, and recommendation in order to correct and improve their operations (through exit conference/closing meeting).
Data encoding and monitoring of all audit findings gathered during the course of audit which shall be submitted to Audit Supervisor and Managers for purposes of recording.
Follow-up review of unresolved audit issues whether or not the corrective actions were implemented and collectibles are settled to finally close these issues.
