Job summary

Central Town Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Audit & Finance Associate to review and verify daily sales reports, deposits, and store expenses across multiple company stores. You will ensure accurate recording, reconciliation, and compliance with internal controls.

The role involves auditing Net sales by store, managing Home Credit and Salmon transactions, and supporting executive management with comprehensive documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Experience in auditing or finance is advantageous.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and verify sales and settlement reports.
• Review and verify deposit slips, sales records, and supporting documents.
• Check NET sales by store and compare with company reports.
• Collect, review, and audit store expenses, payroll summaries, and related records.
• Manage and monitor Home Credit transactions and sales, including document submission.
• Manage and monitor Salmon transactions and sales, including required documents for new stores.
• Perform other audit and monitoring duties as assigned by executive management.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review the Daily Sales Reports (DSR) of all thirteen (13) companies stores and verify sales, X-readings, and settlement reports against the Company's system and applicable portals.
• Review and verify deposit slips, sales records, playground receipts, and other supporting documents to ensure that all sales are properly recorded, identified and accounted for.
• Check and review NET sales by store and compare sales records with the company's reports and other supporting records.
• Collect, review, and audit store expenses, weekly expenses, submitted receipts, payroll summaries, ITR-related records, and employee benefits to ensure completeness and proper documentation.
• Manage and monitor Home Credit transactions and sales, including the submission of required documents, particularly for newly opened stores, and verification through the applicable portal.
• Manage and monitor Salmon transactions and sales, including the submission of required documents, particularly for newly opened stores.
• Perform other related audit and monitoring duties as may be directly assigned by executive management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related course
• Experience in auditing, accounting, finance, retail operations, or related work is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles, financial transactions, and internal controls.
