Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Internal Audit, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant auditing experience in field audits, compliance, investigation, inventory control, or related functions.
• Previous experience leading or supervising an audit team is preferred.
• Experience in retail, distribution, warehouse, or multi-branch operations is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of audit principles, internal controls, inventory management, and operational procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and report preparation.

Responsibilities

• Field Audit Operations: Lead and conduct regular and special field audits of stores, branches, warehouses, and other locations.
• Perform on-site verification of inventory, sales transactions, cash handling, documentation, and compliance with policies.
• Audit Report Review and Validation: Review audit reports for accuracy, completeness, and evidentiary support.
• Audit Analysis: Identify trends, discrepancies, and operational risks; provide meaningful management insights.
• Investigation and Verification: Assist in investigations involving discrepancies or irregularities; gather and verify documents.
