Job summary

D&V Philippines is seeking an experienced CPA to join its audit team in Makati. The role covers planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up for multiple engagements, with a focus on manufacturing clients.

During peak seasons, onsite work is required; later the model shifts to hybrid with occasional remote tasks. The candidate should have 5+ years of audit experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Must be CPA.
• Experience in a big auditing firm is an advantage (Big 4).
• Experience in audit of manufacturing related client is strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of Audit experience (5 Busy Seasons).
• Willing to extend beyond the assignment and accept new responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, research, analytical and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform and have strong knowledge of all audit functions.
• Deep understanding of accounting and reporting standards; conduct research as it relates to accounting and audit issues.
• Audit financial statements and assess accounts for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate internal controls and report systematic errors or fraud indicators.
• Coordinate day-to-day duties of planning, fieldwork procedures, and wrap up.
• Explain audit findings and recommend solutions.
• Take complete ownership of specific aspects of the engagement and see them through to completion.

WORK SETUP & SCHEDULE

Onsite during busy season then will transition to Hybrid (1-2 days per month or quarter, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH time (Mon to Fri)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be CPA.
