Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors across Asia, Europe, and the Americas to execute the audit process.
• Prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and ensure timely delivery of train schedule deliverables.
• Conduct weekly planning using KPI reports and scorecards to sustain audit operations.
• Meet customer metric targets and service level agreements.
• Collaborate with carriers and customers to understand needs and ensure high-quality service.
• Act as escalation point for carriers and customers with prompt responses.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process docs in Trax SharePoint or repositories.
• Prepare for audit reviews and drive continuous improvement through team meetings.
• Monitor and mentor performance, providing coaching and feedback.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors managing client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring the effective execution of Trax’s comprehensive audit process to identify and resolve audit exceptions.
• Prioritize tasks for the team, communicate progress and achievements, and ensure timely completion of train schedule deliverables.
• Conduct weekly planning sessions, utilizing KPI reports and scorecards to maintain consistent audit operations.
• Consistently achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements.
• Collaborate with carriers and customers to understand their needs and objectives, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Act as the primary escalation point for carriers and customers, providing prompt responses to their requests or feedback.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and uniformity across operations.
• Identify non-standard processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and enhance efficiency.
• Develop and regularly update process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions in Trax SharePoint or other standard document repositories.
• Prepare for and participate in audit reviews and hold team meetings to evaluate past performance and plan for future improvements.
• Monitor and manage individual and team performance, conducting regular performance reviews and providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to team members.
• Inspire and motivate team members, fostering a positive team dynamic and a culture of continuous improvement.
• All other responsibilities assigned by immediate supervisor, based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with relevant software and systems
