Job summary

A staffing agency in the Philippines is looking for a fresh graduate for project-based employment in Taguig. The role involves assisting with tax audits, checking and archiving documents, and performing administrative tasks as assigned. Preferably a candidate with a business-related course and basic knowledge of MS Office. Fixed salary of PHP 18,847 with complete government benefits including a 13th-month pay. Immediate start required.

Qualifications

• Good organizational skills for documents and data.

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site during tax audits, checking and retrieving documents.
• Examine and archive accounting records/documents.
• Perform tasks assigned by superiors as needed.

Job description

Responsibilities

• On-site assistance during tax audits, including document checking, and retrieval
• Examine and pull out accounting records/documents
• Archiving of accounting documents
• Any task that may be assigned from time to time by the Lead, Manager, Supervisor.

Requirements

• Fresh Graduate (No necessary course finished as this is more on admin tasks but preferably business-related course)
• Basic Knowledge of MS Office Tools
• Data/Document Organization Skills
• Open for a project-based employment (6 mos with possible extension)
• Can START immediately

Fixed Salary: 18,847 (Monday - Friday)
