Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. seeks a Premium Audit Specialist to coordinate and process medium to complex premium audits with minimal supervision. You will produce statements of earned premium from field audits and manage invoicing and billing steps.

You will collaborate with external vendors and staff auditors to meet service levels, analyzing experience modifications and ensuring accuracy across multiple systems.

• 3-5 years Insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality review of multi-state Workers Compensation, General Liability & Auto audits.
• Review audits completed by vendors and staff auditors to ensure audits conform to unique captive specifications.
• Pull and analyze WC experience modifications using state websites.
• Calculate audit premium plus manual calculation of Auto and General Liability surcharges.
• Data entry and quality check of multiple systems.

SUMMARY/DESCRIPTION:

This position reports to the Team Lead or AVP Premium Audit, and performs and coordinates the processing of medium to complex premium audits with minimal supervision. Produces the audit statement of earned premium based on completed field audits received from staff premium auditors and vendors. Transacts premium audit processing steps including review, entry, processing, invoicing and billing.

Also collaborates with external audit vendors, staff auditors and both regional and corporate team resources to ensure that all service level commitments are met.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform quality review of multi-state Workers Compensation, General Liability & Auto audits. Review audits completed by vendors and staff auditors to ensure audits conform to unique captive specifications.


• Pull and analyze WC experience modifications using NCCI & Independent Bureau state websites.


• Calculate audit premium plus manual calculation of Auto and General Liability surcharges.


• Data entry and quality check of multiple systems.
