Job Description

As a Retail Auditor, you will conduct thorough audits of company-owned retail outlets and fuel stations to verify compliance with internal controls, safety standards, and financial accuracy. You will identify risks, investigate discrepancies, and recommend improvements to optimize store performance and protect company assets.

Responsibilities

• SPOT AUDIT
  • Operational Permit
• DOCUMENTATION
  • Prepare memo for station with Violation
• OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
  • Assist Station request such as Engineering, APD, SPM concerns
  • Monitor Operational Permit Compliance
• REPORTS
  • Month End Report (Result of Visited Station for the Month)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in retail auditing, internal audit, or related roles; experience in Oil and Gas retail operations is a plus.
• Strong understanding of audit methodologies, risk assessment, and internal control frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and investigative skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and audit software tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple audits, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel to retail locations as needed.
