Job summary

TOA Global is seeking an Audit Manager in Clark, Philippines, overseeing full Australian audit engagements and leading cross-border audit teams. You will ensure audits are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to Australian standards, while mentoring seniors, intermediates, and juniors.

You will manage onshore and offshore teams, maintain high-quality delivery, and act as a trusted advisor to international partners, with leadership that shapes performance and compliance at scale.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of dedicated Australian audit experience is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CA/CPA desirable.

Your Impact

Strategic Engagement Leadership: Take the helm of full audit engagements across a diverse portfolio of clients. Own the end-to-end planning and execution strategy, ensuring every audit is delivered on time, within budget, and in strict accordance with Australian auditing standards.

Global Team Orchestrator: Oversee and coordinate the performance of both onshore and offshore audit teams. Drive workflow efficiency, manage team capacity, and foster a collaborative environment where technical excellence is the baseline.

Guardian of Audit Quality: Perform the final high-level review and sign-off on audit files, preparing them for ultimate partner review. Apply your deep technical expertise to ensure firm methodology is applied consistently and all engagement risks are mitigated.

Advisor and Mentor: Provide high-level technical guidance and support to your team throughout the engagement lifecycle. Shape the professional development of seniors, intermediates, and juniors, ensuring a robust pipeline of talent within the firm.

What You Bring

The Experience: 5-7 years of dedicated Australian audit experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of managing full-scale public practice audit engagements.

The Credentials: A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA) are highly desirable.
