Job summary

Fredley Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking an Audit Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Internal Audit Department. You will assist in audit documentation, data gathering, report preparation, monitoring, and store audit operations.

You will travel to various stores, review compliance with policies, and help ensure accurate records and timely follow-up on audit findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, or Business Administration.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel to store locations as required.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, multi-branch food and beverage environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting regular and surprise audits of company stores.
• Review store operations for policy compliance and internal controls.
• Check cash handling, POS records, deposits, and financial documents.
• Conduct inventory counts and reconcile with records.
• Document audit findings and prepare reports for the Audit Team.
• Follow up on corrective actions and conduct verification.
• Coordinate with store personnel and Operations teams.
• Travel to different store locations as required for audits.
• Maintain audit files, schedules, checklists, and working papers.
