Job summary

Quicken Concrete Mix Corp - affiliate is seeking an Internal Audit Specialist to verify the integrity of raw materials, spare parts, inventory, receiving, storage, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established standards.

The role involves reviewing records, monitoring compliance with policies, inspecting sites, and coordinating corrective actions with various departments to maintain rigorous audit reporting and timely submissions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of raw materials, spare parts, inventory, receiving, storage, issuance, and documentation.
• Review and validate records, reports, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and established standards.
• Review operational activities and identify discrepancies, irregularities, or areas for improvement.
• Monitor driver productivity and turnaround time (TAT).
• Support and monitor design mix control and related operational processes.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare audit findings and reports.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding audit findings and corrective actions.
• Maintain proper documentation of audit activities and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Perform other audit-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
