Fredley Group Of Companies is seeking an Audit Associate (Food and Beverages) in Quezon City, Philippines. The role supports the Internal Audit Department with documentation, data gathering, report preparation, and follow-up on audit findings across multiple stores.

The candidate will review cash handling, POS records, and inventory, while ensuring policy compliance and proper documentation. Fresh grads are welcome, with strong Microsoft Office skills and keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, Business Administration, or related field.
• Audit, accounting, administrative, inventory, or store operations experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Willing to travel for store audits.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced multi-branch F&B environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in store audits and review compliance with policies and internal controls.
• Check cash handling, POS records, deposits, and other financial documents.
• Conduct inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
• Document audit findings and prepare reports for the Audit Team.
• Coordinate audit requirements with store personnel and operations teams.
• Travel to different store locations as required for audits.
