Job summary

PETNET, INC. in Makati seeks an Audit Associate to lead audits across processes, head office units, clusters, and application systems. You will perform fieldwork, tests, and guide teams to ensure robust controls over assets and records.

The role includes mentoring, collaborating with the Chief Audit Executive and managers, contributing to audit plans, and supporting internal investigations in a hybrid setup from Legaspi Village, Makati.

Qualifications

• Education: graduate of accounting, business, finance, economics or IT-related course with proficiency in internal audit or investigations.
• Experience: at least two (2) years in regular audit (internal or external).
• Proficient in Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal/written communication and analytical thinking/problem solving skills.
• Self-motivated with leadership capabilities and adaptability to varied assignments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of ongoing engagement review programs to evaluate compliance and awareness of electoral financing requirements.
• Conduct audit activities or advisory work across processes, units, apps, or branches; submit deliverables timely.
• Follow Auditing Standards and Internal Audit Charter; guide auditors as needed.
• Distribute workload and coordinate assignments; monitor progress and budgets.
• Develop understanding of business risks and control measures; participate in audit planning and execution.
