BPI Century Tokyo Lease & Finance Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance and Risk support professional at Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Metro Manila. The role focuses on contract review, regulatory research, and data organization to strengthen internal controls.

The successful candidate will assist in coordinating with compliance and risk teams, maintain documentation, and support in implementing regulatory initiatives in a team environment.

Qualificações

• Graduate of Business Administration, Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Law or Legal Management, Liberal Arts, Social Sciences, and Education.
• At least 1 year experience in Banks and NBFIs (Lease or Finance).
• Fresh graduate may be considered.
• Ability to identify small discrepancies or compliance gaps in contracts, documentation, or operations and flag them for review.
• Strong research skills to stay updated on laws and regulations, and analytical abilities to assess risk and compliance data.
• Ability to manage and organize large volumes of compliance and risk-data, ensuring proper filing and documentation.
• Clear communication skills to assist with internal reports, training, and ensuring that information flows smoothly between compliance and risk departments.
• Ability to work well within a team, providing administrative support, conducting research, and assisting in the implementation of compliance and risk initiatives.
• Strong administrative skills to support the overall department, including scheduling, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
• Flexibility to assist in various compliance and risk management tasks, quickly adapting to changing priorities or regulatory requirements.
