Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of mandatory Australian accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Hands-on with individual returns and basic compliance in Australia.
• Strong communication and teamwork across international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of individual and sole trader Australian tax returns.
• Assist in BAS and IAS preparation under mentorship.
• Manage bank reconciliations and account coding with accuracy.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure timely, high-quality client deliverables.
