TOA GLOBAL PAMPANGA INC. is hiring an AU Senior Accountant to lead the preparation and review of complex financial statements, BAS, IAS, and tax returns for Australian public practice clients.

You will mentor junior accountants, oversee workflows, and strengthen client partnerships with strategic advisory support. Based in Clark, Philippines, this full-time role offers a Monday–Friday shift from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and a salary range of Php 95,000 to Php 159,000.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years of dedicated experience within an Australian public practice accounting firm.
• Advanced knowledge of Australian tax rules and corporate compliance structures.
• Proven track record supervising team members and managing multiple client portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of complex financial statements, BAS, IAS, and tax returns.
• Mentor junior and intermediate accountants and oversee workflows.
• Liaise with clients to provide compliance support and assist managers with advisory tasks.
• Provide technical oversight to Australian partners.
