Emapta Global is seeking a Senior Risk Consultant to lead internal audit, risk advisory, and compliance engagements for Australian clients. You will assess governance, map processes, and develop actionable recommendations to strengthen controls while working in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) across Ortigas or Pasay locations.

The role offers a competitive salary up to PHP 95,000 monthly, 1 sign-on bonus equal to 2x basic monthly salary, Day 1 HMO for 2 dependents, and extensive

Competenze

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Internal Audit/Risk Management; professional certification is an advantage.
• At least 2 years hands-on internal audit or risk advisory experience across engagements and clients.
• Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, governance, and enterprise risk management.
• Hands-on risk assessment, mitigation, remediation, and control effectiveness (ISO 31000).
• Experience in process mapping and evaluating business processes for improvements.
• Strong analytical, report writing, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; experience with Australian clients is a plus.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Internal Audit, Risk Management, or a related field; professional certification is an advantage
• At least 2 years of hands‑on, end-to-end internal audit or risk advisory experience, including planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, control testing, findings, recommendations, and reporting
• Experience in professional services, delivering internal audit, risk advisory, or compliance engagements across multiple clients and industries
• Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, professional standards, governance, internal controls, and enterprise risk management
• Hands‑on experience in risk assessment, mitigation, remediation, and control effectiveness, including ISO 31000 principles and compliance, operational, performance, and risk‑focused reviews
• Practical experience in process mapping, evaluating business processes, identifying risks and controls, and recommending improvements
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, report writing, audit documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple engagements and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Experience supporting Australian clients or professional services practices is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk advisory engagements, including internal audit, consulting, and compliance projects, across various industries with engagement team members
• Collaborate with clients at different organizational levels across diverse business environments
• Perform technical and operational reviews based on client risk profiles
• Prepare, maintain, and complete engagement files, including electronic working papers, for Senior Consultant/Manager review
• Summarize key engagement areas and supporting documentation for Senior Consultant/Manager review
• Identify potential issues and document findings and recommendations for Senior Consultant/Manager review
• Draft engagement reports with the Senior Consultant/Manager, providing practical and commercial business advice
• Identify and elevate ethical or conflict‑related issues to the Manager or Partner
• Develop an understanding of client systems, business processes, internal control environments, and electronic audit tools
• Complete assigned tasks in accordance with established directions and timelines
• Maintain accurate personal documentation, including training records, timesheets, and expense records
