You will handle BAS, IAS, and tax returns, ensure high-quality workpapers, and collaborate with Senior Accountants to align with Australian standards while enabling team productivity with cloud accounting tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4+ years of experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm.
• Solid knowledge of Australian tax rules and compliance standards.
• Ability to manage a job workflow with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end compliance, including financial statements, BAS, IAS, and tax returns for diverse clients.
• Perform meticulous file finalization with reconciliations and workpapers.
• Lead operations by leveraging cloud accounting tools and mentoring junior staff.
