Job summary

VA Platinum is hiring an Australian Financial Planning Admin to support Australian clients and their businesses. Training and guidance are provided as you grow with the team, with options to work onsite at Cebu City IT Park or from a conducive home workspace.

The role involves implementing financial advice, preparing ROA, maintaining client records, and coordinating with product providers to ensure timely processing. Strong CRM skills and AU industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Completed at least two years of tertiary education.
• Experience supporting an Australian Financial Planning business as a Financial Planning Administrator.
• Experience with CRMs, preferably Adviser Logic or XPlan.
• Knowledge of investment and/or insurance implementation processes.
• Experience preparing Records of Advice (ROA).
• Strong workflow management with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City or at home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing financial advice and client strategies.
• Prepare and review Records of Advice (ROA) for compliance and accuracy.
• Collect, verify, and maintain client information and work papers.
• Prepare application forms and liaise with product providers for timely processing.
• Maintain and update client records in CRM systems.
• Prepare and review investment reports and policy schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external entities to support research.
